1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract to use our Services. By using our Website, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Services Overview

Pivotal Digital Partners LLC provides digital marketing consulting, digital transformation strategy, advertising services, and online learning courses. Some offerings require a scheduled consultation before a formal quote and agreement are provided.

Digital courses are delivered through third-party learning platforms, while services are delivered according to signed project agreements.

Course Access, Updates, and Submission Review Policy

Students enrolled in the Accelerator receive lifetime access to the course content, including future updates and additional materials released by Pivotal Digital Partners LLC.

As part of the Accelerator, students are permitted one (1) work submission for personalized review. This submission must be provided through the official submission form and must be received within 90 days of the purchase date.

Submissions received after the 90-day window, or multiple submissions beyond the one allowed, will not be reviewed. Lifetime access does not include ongoing coaching, ongoing feedback, or review of additional submissions.

3. Payment Terms

• All fees must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement.
• We accept payments via secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

All sales for digital courses and downloadable materials are final. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds will not be issued once access is granted.

For consulting and custom service agreements, refunds or cancellations are governed by the terms of the individual contract.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@growwithpivotal.com within 7 days of the charge.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, trademarks, and intellectual property on growwithpivotal.com and within our Services—including text, videos, graphics, and digital downloads—are owned by Pivotal Digital Partners LLC or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of our materials without express written permission.

Limited access to purchased course content is granted for personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing login credentials or redistributing materials is strictly prohibited.

6. Confidentiality (For Clients)

If you engage in a paid service or consultation, both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information, strategies, and data shared during the engagement.

You may not publicly disclose or replicate our frameworks, methodologies, or materials for personal or commercial gain.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Misuse or interfere with our Website or systems.
• Attempt unauthorized access to data or servers.
• Post or transmit any harmful, defamatory, or unlawful material.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or mine data from our site.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.

• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
